Our clinical team provides telehealth services to individuals and families residing in MN.  Our services are designed to support individuals and families experiencing racial trauma, gender inequalities and inequities, immigration-related stress, and other forms of systemic oppression.  We believe in the power of healing rooted in social justice and cultural humility, and we are committed to empowering clients to thrive in a world that often marginalizes them.

TEEN TALKS

LOW COST & PRO BONO THERAPY

LOW COST & PRO BONO THERAPY

As part of our commitment to accessible mental health care, The Healing Project of MN offers Teen Talk, a low-cost therapy option for youth ages 18 and under. 


Rate: Teen Talk sessions are offered at $15 per session.


Consent for Services

  • Ages 16–17: Under Minnesota Statute Sec. 144.3431, teens ages 16 and 17 may consent to their own outpatient mental health services without parent or guardian involvement. When a teen consents independently, they are also financially responsible for their care.
  • Ages 15 and under: A parent or guardian must provide consent for the child to begin services.

We are committed to increasing access to mental health care and currently support a limited number of low-cost and pro bono clients. At this time, these options are not widely available, and priority is given to existing clients.


Availability is reviewed periodically based on capacity. Individuals seeking ongoing therapy are encouraged to explore our self-pay services. Superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement.

Meet Anthony, Clinical Supervisor.  Anthony's approach is strength-based and focused on healing through meaningful engagement. He helps clients recognize and build on what is already working in their lives while creating a safe and honest space for growth.  While his expertise is working with teens and young adults, he has worked with people from all walks of life and every generation.


Outside of work, Anthony enjoys sports (go Vikings, SKOL), playing fantasy football, reading, binge-watching shows with his wife, and playing soccer with his child.

Meet Lumi, Clinical Supervisor, Lumi earned her Master of Social Work degree and is a LICSW.  She is contracted to provide clinical supervision for our clinical interns and works full-time for one of our partner agencies.

Meet Romy, Clinical Supervisor. Romy earned her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Boston University and is certified in hypnotherapy. She has advanced training in Narrative Practices.

Meet Holly, Therapist.  Holly earned her Master of Arts in Addiction Counseling and a post-master’s certificate in Mental Health from the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies. She also completed a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, where she focused on leadership develo

Meet Holly, Therapist.  Holly earned her Master of Arts in Addiction Counseling and a post-master’s certificate in Mental Health from the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies. She also completed a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, where she focused on leadership development and organizational systems in behavioral health settings. 


Holly's clinical focus includes supporting individuals coping with depersonalization/derealization, dissociation, personality disorders, and trauma.  She utilizes experiential, DBT, CBT, and somatic interventions to promote grounding, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. Holly is currently completing certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). 


Outside of work, Holly is a theater enthusiast, cat-obsessed, visits Disney World way too often, and loves spending time with her daughter.
