Serving teens, young adults and college students (ages 16+) throughout Minnesota.
Our commitment to sustaining social responsibility is deeply rooted in our agency values: collaboration, compassion, diversity, and racial equity, growth, integrity, and mental health advocacy. These values guide us in remaining transparent and honest to our stakeholders, including our shareholders, employees, clients, community organizations, and colleges/ universities with whom we partner. This means sharing our successes while being honest about our challenges and holding ourselves accountable for our actions and mistakes.

Our Ask: Please consider making a one-time financial contribution to help us meet the needs of our community.
On July 8th, The Healing Project of MN launched the Healing Communities Initiative. This initiative will allow teens, young adults, and college students to receive FREE counseling sessions.
Our need for your support is urgent. We are at a critical juncture, and your immediate action can make a significant difference. Please consider making a one-time financial contribution to help us continue working towards our fundraising goal of $7,000.00. Your contribution will bring us one step closer to making a significant difference in the lives of young people.
We have received $2,608 in financial support and are $4,392.00 from reaching our fundraising goal. By meeting our goal, we will be able to provide 200 counseling sessions to young adults and college students free of charge in 2024.
If we exceed our fundraising goal, we can do more than meet the immediate needs of young adults and college students. We can expand our initiative by hiring an additional therapist and providing more counseling sessions. This could greatly increase our impact and inspire hope for those in need, showing them that there is a community that cares and is willing to support them.
We want to express our deep gratitude for your support. While our agency is not a non-profit, and your donation is not tax-deductible, it is deeply appreciated and helps save lives. Your contribution, no matter the amount, is invaluable to us. EIN 92-1718363
The Healing Project of MN launched The Healing Minds Initiative on May 1, 2024, responding to the news that the National Hope Check Program was discontinuing its services. We did not want to leave our clients without support and services.
Our Healing Minds Initiative aims to prevent and reduce suicidal and self-harm behavior, reduce the impact of trauma and toxic stress, and promote mental health among college students and young adults. Our clients have reported:
"I feel seen and cared for." -Age 19
"I am grateful for your calls and texts because they might seem small, but they are truly appreciated." -Age 23
"If I quit working with you, I'll be dead within a year." -Age 27
"Thanks for the journal and weekly journal prompts." -Age 29
Please consider making a one-time financial contribution of $28.44. Not all State and Private health insurance plans cover the cost of this mental health program. Donating $28.44 can directly support a young adult/ college student under/ uninsured to participate in the program for 3 months.
We want to express our deep gratitude for your support. While our agency is not a non-profit, and your donation is not tax-deductible, it is deeply appreciated and helps save lives. Your contribution, no matter the amount, is invaluable to us. EIN 92-1718363
