Celebrate 3 Years – Support Healing at Every Level.

• In 2025 alone, our therapists have donated pro bono services valued at nearly $12,000 to support children and adults who are underinsured or uninsured.

• Through partnerships with the University of St. Thomas, Augsburg University, and St. Catherine University, our social work interns have contributed over 1,000 hours this year to our clinical training program, helping expand access to mental health care while gaining invaluable experience.

• Our Healing Minds Initiative continues to grow, providing trauma-informed, prevention-focused support for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and self-harm.

• Launched our FREE drop-in therapy program! Our new drop-in therapy sessions provide accessible, short-term support for children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. 

• We continue to partner with community libraries, such as Wilmar Public Library, Roseville Library, Arlington Hills Library, Hennepin County Libraries, and more, to host monthly events providing creative, therapeutic experiences for children and teens, including snacks and materials funded by Ramsey County Public Health, City of Bloomington Public Health, and individual donors.

• Client outcomes: direct support to children, teens, and young adults has improved coping skills, reduced symptoms of anxiety/depression, and strengthened overall resilience.

• Collaborating with Wisdom Wellness, AIFC, and Elders Lodge to host mental health support groups and art therapy for elders in the community with sponsorship funding from Ramsey County Public Health.
