Every human being has mental health, which includes emotional, psychological, and social well-being. We need to take care of our mental health to ensure our well-being.

Our Healing Minds Initiative aims to prevent and reduce suicidal and self-harm behavior, reduce the impact of trauma and toxic stress, and promote mental health among college students and young adults.

 Our team is composed of licensed therapists, case managers, and social work interns who check in and provide support and resources during your journey to achieving mental wellness through our Healing Minds Initiative.  This helps ease the burden of life stressors.  You can choose how we check in with you - text, phone call, or scheduled appointment! 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Reside in Minnesota and
• Be a young adult (ages 16-30) and/or be enrolled in college/graduate school.
• Please note: It is not required to have a diagnosed mental illness to participate in our program.  Individuals can have poor mental health and not meet the criteria for a mental illness.  Poor mental health includes but is not limited to, toxic stress, burnout, sleep disturbance, poor appetite, etc. 
• If you want The Healing Project of MN, LLC to bill your insurance company, we will need a diagnosis of mental health illness on file, or we can bill you directly for the program cost if you do not want us to submit a claim to your insurance company.  If you have not been diagnosed with a mental illness, we can schedule an appointment with one of our therapists to complete a Diagnostic Assessment before enrollment in The Healing Minds Initiative program.
• Not all insurance companies cover the cost of this program. Please check with your insurance company about your mental health benefits, specifically CPT code 96146. If your insurance company does not cover the cost of this program, the out-of-pocket cost is $2.37 per week.
