We provide mental health care for children, teens, adults, and families throughout Minnesota.  Our therapists specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, dissociation, personality disorders, college-related challenges, and other mental health concerns.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is a specialized therapy for children, teens, and young adults who have experienced trauma. Through structured, age-appropriate treatment, TF-CBT helps young people process difficult experiences, develop healthy coping skills, and reduce trauma-related symptoms. The model also actively 

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is a specialized therapy for children, teens, and young adults who have experienced trauma. Through structured, age-appropriate treatment, TF-CBT helps young people process difficult experiences, develop healthy coping skills, and reduce trauma-related symptoms. The model also actively involves caregivers, strengthening communication and supporting healing within the family.

Meet Anthony, Clinical Supervisor.  Anthony's  approach is strength-based and focused on healing through meaningful  engagement. He helps clients recognize and build on what is already  working in their lives while creating a safe and honest space for  growth.  While his expertise is working with teens and young adults, he  has worked with people from all walks of life and every generation.

Outside  of work, Anthony enjoys sports (go Vikings, SKOL), playing fantasy  football, reading, binge-watching shows with his wife, and playing  soccer with his child.

Meet Lumi, Clinical Supervisor. Lumi  earned her Master of Social Work degree and is a LICSW.  She is contracted to provide clinical supervision for our clinical trainees and interns and works full-time for one of our partner agencies.

Holly's clinical focus includes supporting individuals coping with depersonalization/derealization, dissociation, personality disorders,  and trauma.  She utilizes experiential, DBT, CBT, and somatic interventions to promote grounding, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. Holly is a certified Trauma-Focused CBT Therapist in the State of Minnesota.


Outside of work, Holly is a theater enthusiast, cat-obsessed, visits Disney World way too often, and loves spending time with her daughter.

Meet Heidi, Therapist.  Heidi earned her Master of Social Work degree from Augsburg University.  After 12 years in social work, supporting individuals and families through crisis and helping them navigate complex systems, Heidi felt called to provide a deeper, more personal space for healing through therapy.

Meet Heidi, Therapist.  Heidi earned her Master of Social Work degree from Augsburg University.  After 12 years in social work, supporting individuals and families through crisis and helping them navigate complex systems, Heidi felt called to provide a deeper, more personal space for healing through therapy.


Heidi believes that you are the expert on your own life. She combines her extensive experience in trauma-informed care and systems advocacy with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients navigate life's challenges. Her goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where clients feel supported, heard, and empowered.


Heidi's clinical interests include anxiety, life transitions, and trauma recovery. She especially enjoys working with teens and young adults, helping them build resilience, confidence, and self-compassion.

Whether you're facing a difficult transition, managing anxiety, or healing from past experiences, Heidi is committed to walking alongside you as you discover a path forward.   Heidi is currently completing certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).  


Outside of work, Heidi enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and camping with her family.
